During our first visit we will get acquainted with you and your babies, and go over any questions or special requests you might have. We will provide a general forms for basic pet and household information. Mountin Tails will retain these documents enabling us to provide the very best care of your precious pets, while you are away.

Pet Sitting:............ starting at $20 per visit (1-2 pets) Between hours 8 am to 9 pm. $2 each additional pet.
(Included: Administer oral medication, potty break, feed, water, play time, pick up papers, mail and turn on/off lights, clean litter boxes or cages)
Dog Walking:............starting at $20 per visit (1 dog) 15-20 minutes. Between hours 8 am & 6 pm.
Potty Breaks.........starting at $18 per visit (1-2 pets) $2 for each additional pet.
Hourly care...........starting at $35 per hour.
Overnight stays...........beginning at $70 per night (9 pm to 8 am) for 1-2 pets. $75 for up to 4 pets. An additional mid-day or dinner visit is available at a reduced rate.
Tuck in Service:......after 9 pm starting at $24 (1-2 pets) $2 each additional pet.
For distances over 10 miles away from my headquarters in The Colony, a per visit fuel charge will apply.
Pet errands:..........pick up pet medications, supplies or foods, $25 for the first 1/2hour. $15 for each additional 1/2 hour. $25 minimum.
Pet Taxi:........take your pet to the groomer, vet, daycare or wedding is $25 for the first 1/2 hour. $15 for each additional 1/2 hour. $25 minimum.Custom Quotes Available to meet your personal needs.

**Payment is due prior to start of scheduled service.
Once our services are scheduled it is unlikely a slot can be filled if services are cancelled without sufficient notice. Mountin Tails requires a minimum of 72 hours notice for scheduled services during Holidays, 48 hours notice at other times of the year. If you provide under 3 days notice during holidays, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total due for scheduled services. At any time, if less than 24 hours notice is given, full payment for scheduled services will be required.
With our key program, a key will be kept in a combination locked box when not in use. Coded tags are used for safety. It is strictly for convenience. If you are called away suddenly, there is no need to try to coordinate to get a key to Mountin Tails before you depart. If you elect not to utilize the key program, a fee is assessed for each pick up and drop off of your keys.
